Brick By Brick
Brick by brick its shape takes form
Day by day it grows
Strong enough to weather storms
For how long no one can know
Within its shell life will rejoice
Fate will be the judge each day
Those blessed will hear its inner voice
As it calls out “Be happy and please stay!”
The sun and rain and the winds will blow
From all four corners and above
Light will shine and water will flow
As it fills our home with peace and love.
