Jump Right In

Stop saying things you don’t believe
Jump right in roll up your sleeves
The water’s fine it’s not too cold
It keeps your bones from getting old
Is it not true you wish it be
Back when you were just twenty-three
When life was what life was meant to be
Young and strong building history
So your bones ache
For heaven’s sake
You’re old and you can’t stand up straight
It is I’m told in nature’s plan
You grow up get old and lose your tan
It does not make you less a man
Relive those days when skies were blue
You worked too hard not to follow through
Jump in the water’s fine and cool
That’s how my friend we’ll remember you.
