A Pugilistic Story
Round one
The beginning of a fight where two men known as Boxers begin hitting each other
Desperately they dance around the ring jabbing and punching
Each fight usually goes for ten rounds
Unless of course one fighter knocks out the other
There’s a count to ten
If the fighter does not get up in time the fight is over
This is the first round
Each fighter believes he can win
Sometimes he may even predict the round he will win in
As the fight continues each fighter begins to realize that his opponent
Has a few tricks that he can’t seem to get around
He tries moving to his left
His opponent adjusts immediately and he is trapped
He takes a few punches and decides to move to his right
Once again, his opponent adjusts
This goes on until the other fighter figures out how to attack and gain an advantage at the time
The round ends and each fighter returns to their assigned corner
