Morning Tea

My hot brewed cup of morning tea
Marks the moment my day has begun
A touch of lemon a bit of honey
My morning bell has rung
So few moments begin this way
Meals when walking the times I pray
As I awake to greet each morn
As I take my day's first steps
As I begin my daily prep
My hot brewed cup of morning tea
Is what I cherish and shall always be.
