A poem for two close friends
Your visits are so few and far between
This picture of us two
keeps you forever in my scene
So I may view at any time and grin
Reminds me of the time they thought us twins
Our friendship has leapt beyond
most friends could ever think or dare
The weekend that we spent
reminded us of what we share
You are my dearest and my closest friend
Until we laugh and joke again
Please keep this photo as close I do
Reflecting our bond as one, we two.
